OUR VISITS
Once a month, a group of students takes the train downtown into the heart of Chicago to visit the homeless. This is where our care packages are distributed. We don't only pass out the packages, but we stay and talk with the individuals for some time, appealing to their humanity and making them feel valued, as well as providing important experiences to young members of society.
Care Packages
Assemble packages containing basics like food, water, clothes, and toiletries, in addition to a note of inspiration and hope.
Students
A group of high school students travel to downtown Chicago to visit homeless, splitting into 4 groups
to cover more ground.
Visit
Students deliver our care packages and stay to listen and converse with the individuals, making them feel
valued and important.
